Leading The Way's name has been known for the manufacture of the equsite leather collars and leads made here in the UK. Leading The Way was started in 2003 and since then has become market leaders and known for the production of outstanding collars and leads made from only the best materials.

Sarah Crookston, founder of Leading The Way recently began her interest in shooting and it has soon become more than an interest!
“I found it so difficult to find a shooting waistcoat that was different to the very limited choice already on the market” she says.
Having talked to other lady shooters it soon became clear that Sarah wasn’t on her own.
